"I want to renovate the apartment" Ryker said out of the blue and I blinked before sitting straight in my seat and looked at him with a raised brow

"Yeah and what did you have in plan?" I asked and he beamed making me chuckle. He was like a child on Christmas morning. He pulled out a folded piece of paper and handed it to me and I unfolded it and finding a beautiful design

"I was thinking of making it a two story apartment. I mean the top floor isn't being used so why not?" He said with a shrug of his shoulders

"The top floor can be where the bedrooms are while the bottom floor can be the living room, kitchen/dining room, game room and theater room. Maybe even have a playroom in the future when we hav kids" I said and his head snapped up so fast that I winced when I heard it crack and he rubbed his neck
