Amber Pov

After I got out of the hospital, Phil wouldn't let me leave the house for the time being. He insisted that it was too dangerous for me to go out especially when I'm alone. He doesn't want to repeat what happened to me especially if I go out alone in the house. Because the police have not yet caught the people riding in the black car who attempted to kill Aunt Aloha and me.

At first, I was amused by Phil's seeming restraint and showing so much concern for me. Without complaint, I followed what he wanted. But as time went on I got too bored inside the house. I do nothing but watch television, eat, read a pocketbook, and sleep. This daily routine got me bored.

"I know you're bored inside the house, Amber. Do you want to go out and have some fun?" Grandpa asked me while we were sitting on the couch eating banana cue cooked by butler slash chef Felix.

"Yes, Gran. I'm really bored. But Phil's sermon will definitely rain on me when he finds out I didn't follow him," I answered him
