Amber Pov

Phil remains silent until we reach our house. But I can feel his pent-up anger towards me. I want to talk to him but it seems that he doesn't want to start a conversation with me so I remain silent.

He entered the house first and went straight to our room. I didn't follow him inside our room immediately because I was too tense with his behavior. But I can't just stay here outside the room and keep on standing just like a security guard. So I took a deep breath and decided to go inside. I have to face his anger. He probably won't hurt me physically just because I went out even though he ordered that I can't go out because my situation is dangerous right now.

When I entered our room, I found Phil drinking wine while standing near the bed. I slowly walked to the bed. I was very careful not to make any noise with my feet as if a monster would wake up if I made even the slightest sound. That's why when Phil spoke, I was really surprised and suddenly sat on the edge of the bed
