Grayson wasn't sure what it was but something was definitely wrong the moment he stepped into the building and started to hear murmurs from behind him. It was the usual office fashion to always make remarks whenever he walked past but this was different, he wasn't sure why but something had changed from the sly looks and the corner eyes he got walking into the elevator.

Kathleen had her head buried and focused on a stack of documents when he approached her desk, she had a certain gloom to which he flipped of as maybe just being in a bad mood. So he left her alone, walked into his office and sat down, then he took one good look at her again only to notice the pen in her hands shaking tremendously.
