Chapter Twenty Seven: She Turned Down His Bestfriend

Gaby was on her way home, and Joey was with her. Earlier, he accompanied her. After a woman confronts her, which she does not know at first, she discovers it is Andrea. Joey said Andrea claimed to be Clark’s girlfriend, but nobody believed her. She has a thing for Clark. Unfortunately, Clark didn’t seem to have any interest in her.

“Thank you for accompanying me, Joey,” said Gaby.

“It’s okay!” Joey said, smiling. “Okay, I’ll go ahead.”

Joey leaves. She had already entered the apartment. Belle and Ashlee had not yet arrived.
