I quickly called Joy and told her Ruby was currently at my house and how she failed to blow up Kyle’s car. She told me Ruby had been obsessed with fires and explosions ever since they were little kids. They were on vacation and the house next store to them caught fire. Ruby was three around the time and ever since then she was always trying to light things up. Joy said her first attempt happened mere days after the house burnt down. I gave Joy my address and she said she would meet me there.

I hurried home and when I got there, there was a car in the driveway that I could only assume was Joy’s.
