Henry's POV.

I wipe my smirk off and wear a look of disappointment as I resume my stride, walking towards his direction. His warriors snarl up close and I spare a moment to Talon’s intimidating growl, having them back down reluctantly.

"I hope you don’t regret this,” The Alpha exasperates as we come to stand side-by-side. “I definitely won’t be as stupid as to pick a fight with you”.

“I won’t forget this favor.”

I wouldn’t want to look any more repulsive than I do currently. Having the grime and awful smell clinging to my body and clothes. I might just chase her away with my horrendous look. That doesn’t sit well with me and I stop and turn around to impose a request on the Alpha.

“Can I request for clean clothes?”
