Henry's POV.

I fall into bed right the moment the walk-in closet door creaks open and Yumi’s head peeks out to see if I’ve fallen asleep. I pretend to be doing so as I keep my eyelids hooded and partially shut. But she can’t see that from the distance she’s at.

Come to me, baby...I bite down the urge to chuckle as I see her through my partial vision tiptoeing out carefully, in my clean boxer shorts and short-sleeve top.

So simple, but damn gorgeous!

When she slides into bed and is about to shut her eyes, in a sporadic movement, I bound up against her.

“Henry…let go.” Her weak voice comes out again, attempting to sound firm, but I only squeeze her the more, humming in the negative and she groans.

I nuzzle her exposed neck slowly, causing goosebumps to wake along my teasing trail. “How do you feel, spending the night with me like this?” I ask with a smirk and hear her huff, her tension deflating considerably. Not yet as relaxed as I need her to be, but I can do with this for now.
