The feeling was surreal. The birthday party was really for me, even if I found it hard to believe.

“Happy birthday! It feels weird to come over for your birthday party, but it’s fine since we were invited by the quad”, a young girl said to me, with a bright smile on her face.

It was hard to decipher if she was giving a compliment, or if she was trying to insult me.

“Thank you”, I replied and smiled back at her.

The day was coming out quite great, apart from the fact that I had an encounter with Bianca.

Bianca is known to be very arrogant and disrespectful, but I was glad that I gave her a piece of my mind.

More people came around to greet me and wish me a happy birthday, with some emphasizing on the fact that the dress I had on was stunning.
