It felt as though the quad lost their will. They couldn’t have a fight even if they really wanted that. Of course, they were certain that they won’t be able to win any fight they start and so, they had to be in line with their father’s decision.

“I think this is the end…maybe the moon goddess doesn’t want her with us”, Jake suddenly said after some minutes of silence.

They were all standing by the entrance of the pack house. Each of them wanted to walk over to the room where Kayla was kept and talk to her for even a last time.

However, the Alpha already warned and threatened them. He noted that if they do that, he would torment Kayla even if he never planned to.

At this, the boys knew that there was a great need to remain calm and relaxed.

“What do you mean by that? The moon goddess definitely wants us with her. That’s why she made us her mates”, Jason declared defiantly as he looked at Jake with a displeased expression.

Jake took in a deep breath and kept quiet.
