ARIA’S POV

I need to catch Suzanne red-handed. She's been slacking off and yet has the audacity to aspire to become a general manager. Just because she's been with the company for a long time doesn't automatically qualify her for a promotion. I'll make sure her lack of dedication doesn't go unnoticed.

It's evident that she overheard everything that day and jumped to conclusions. It seems like she's taken what she heard and spun it into her own twisted narrative. Everywhere she goes, it's like she's on a mission to tarnish my reputation.

It's clear her envy is consuming her, leading her to weave tales of deceit without a second thought.

As I approach the executive club, I catch wind of Suzanne talking about me.

“I was supposed to get that position and here comes the CEO’s mistress snatching it from me.”

Her voice dripping with bitterness, she looks utterly pathetic, consumed by jealousy and resentment.
