Henry shook his head and said, “I understand your good intentions, Chase, but this is something you can’t control. We’re trying to figure out how to settle this problem.”

Chase wanted to tell him that he knew Sam Collins and all it required was a phone call from him to teach Daniel a lesson.

However, Riley suddenly looked at Edward and begged, “Edward, didn’t you say that your father knows the kingpin of South River City? Can he help us talk to the kingpin?”

“What? Edward, your father knows the kingpin?” Henry looked at Edward in surprise.

Edward replied softly under everyone’s gaze, “Yes, Uncle Henry. My father is acquainted with the kingpin.”

“That’s wonderful to hear. Edward, can you talk to your father on our behalf?” Laura asked.

Edward immediately called his father, Frank Wright, in front of everyone and explained the situation to him.

He hung up soon afterward and said to everyone, “I’ve told my father everything, Uncle Henry. He says he can help us out with this.”
