Fredericks POV

A picture popped up on my screen. It was sent by an anonymous person, and it had Joan and me in it—one from my last visit to school—and it had both of us kissing. Damn it, who could it be? No one knew about our relationship. Someone out there now has a clip and is threatening to use it against us.

“Wait for me!” Joan yelled from behind while she ran after me, “Stay back inside; don’t come out!” I said that to her, but she didn’t stop. The anonymous sender had requested that I come out of the building, which I did in hopes that he would be there, but there was no one there.
