Chapter 35

Jake sent Abby home with Ryan and Sarah after she came back wanting to just watch Rose sleep so he and his brothers could be there when Rose woke up. She would hopefully wake soon cause each passing minute she didn't I was worried she never would.

Abby has been crying for hours as we sat beside her bed and waited. Finally I sent her home as me and my brothers waited on our little girl to wake. I loved all my kids to pieces and I hoped Rose would wake soon. This was taking so long to worry about what if she never wakes.

"Come on sweetheart, wake up for daddy".

I kissed her hand and put it against my face as I sat watching and waiting for her to wake up.

It took two weeks for Rose to come back to us and when she woke up her eyes were gray like ours. She started crying as I pulled her in my arms and she burrowed into my chest. I can only imagine what she was going through. Every sound is amplified to the max when you're a wolf. I swear you could hear a fart five miles away.
