As soon as Eden said that, Alain nearly chortled.

One could see he was enjoying it through his eyes.

Sinead was stunned for a while too before regaining her composure, and she said with a smile. “That’s true... You may stay, then.”

Jasmine glared at Eden, almost unable to stop herself from cursing her.

Jasmine looked down, viciousness in her eyes. However, she was still smiling on the surface. “Don’t worry, Mrs. Ward. I’ll take good care of my sis and Master Alain as well.”

Sinead decided to ignore her and only then did she remember Alain who was sitting by the side. She turned around and looked at him, and she instantly let out an astonished cry. “Alain... You... You’ve recovered?”
