ALEX'S POVI drove down into two to start my search for her. She would probably be in the coffee shop since she sits there most times, reading and studying. I got to the coffee shop and stepped out of the car hurriedly. I searched the whole coffee shop before walking over to the guy behind the counter. "Did Claire come here?" I asked directly, knowing they would surely know her since she was an ex-worker."Why should I tell you?" The guy asked and I slipped two notes before him and he smiled. "She didn't come here at all. ALEX'S POV"Why don't you tell Luna Lisa about this situation? She still doesn't know that Nathaniel is the bad guy here," Claire said to me as I led her to her room. That was totally a bad idea. No mother would want to hear that her son was already turning into a serial killer. "She won't take it well at all. Just imagine how she would react if she finds out that her beloved son, the one she thought that she knew the best, had turned into something that was unimaginable. She is going to break down, crying her lungs and eyes out, Claire. If that would even be the worst of the situation, I might not panic. But I am afraid she might get a heart attack and lose her life because of it," I explained to Claire, who seemed to understand what I just said. "So what's better is not to tell her anything about it." She said, and I nodded. "Unless Nathaniel tells her, and it will probably be to his disadvantage because mother might take actions," I said as I pulled the door to her room open.

CLAIRE'S POVI must have slept really late. I stood up from bed and pulled open the curtains. Alex wasn't in the room again, and it was not that I was expecting him to be in the room, but at least he had been there till I fell asleep for the past few days. I pushed open the balcony door and took in a deep breath of fresh hair as I looked down at the garden from above, and it did look beautiful and colorful. I stepped out of the room after changing into a casual dress to get some coffee down in the kitchen. The maids bowed as they saw me, pausing the dusting and cleaning they were busy with.
