Chapter 60- Trapped

The alarm went on and on, blaring loudly all over the building. Everywhere was a chaos. People rushed outward as they were being evacuated by the security personnels.

Grace stood breathless, glued to the wall on the staircase. There were bruises all over her body. She watched the whole event unfolding like cinema before her.

She wanted to sneak out. But she hadn't found any way possible to do that. She didn't really have a good escape plan. She thought she would mingle with the crowd being evacuated but that was no longer possible.

"Lock down the building" the little Wong screamed running around followed by some armed men.

He knew what happened and knew Grace's face. Grace wasn't sure if he could trust him. He might turn her over. Someone that could conspire to kill his own brother. 

The alarm that went off instantly might even be his doing.She should have been long gone before anyone could notice.
