Business is business

" What do you mean?" David asked the little woman in his arms.

He was still angry about what happened earlier but tried concealing it from her.

" The mall will definitely incur a loss if they give all those items for free. Business is business after all." Sheila reasoned.

" The loss will be nothing compared to if I decide to hold them responsible for what happened." David answered.

He had to give it to the manager for being wise. He was willing to incur a few dollars loss than be at odds with the Brown Corp.

" Even so…"

" Relax, at least you get to shop for free." David said, calming down the woman.

" Beautiful sister, are we not going to the ice cream parlour?" Lily, who had been sidelined, asked.

" I'll just get you one, let's eat it at home." Sheila answered.

Her mood was totally soiled after meeting with Laura. All she wanted now was to go home and take a nap.

" Okay." Lily readily agreed. Being an observant and wise girl, she knew that her beautiful sister was not in a good mood
