Arabella's POV

I still entered the office first, as usual, not wanting to make a scene in the morning like the past few days. Even so, I could feel the awkward and somewhat avoidant glances of some people when I was in the elevator. I tried to ignore her.

Not only that, some of the employees in my division's room also seemed more quiet and just focused on working. They were no longer as crowded as they had been when I was still being mistreated by those women, as if something was holding them back from doing anything when I was around.

A few empty benches marked the different members of the accounting division from before. The best employee plaque previously displayed on one side of the wall was gone, as were several frames with photos of the women from various office events.
