Chapter 25

Jane was able to sneak back into the house successfully without being noticed. She hoped no one else noticed her absence and supposed anyone did, she already has a lie ready for it.

She ran straight for her room where she got changed back into her night wear since it was almost 6:30 am and mom will soon go to the kitchen, she needed to play as though she had been in bed all night and yet to wake up.

With all her plans working successfully, she stayed in bed reminiscing through everything that has been happening to her lately especially her love life.

It was now 6:30 am and as expected, Mrs Rose didn't disappoint in keeping to time. She got to the kitchen, knowing fully well that her husband would be going to work so she needed to make him breakfast.

After two minutes of thinking of what to prepare for him, she decided to just make him tea and scrambled eggs with bread since it was still too early. She thought a light meal would be better so she took the tea kettle and boiled some wate
