Chapter 5

Arham was drinking while Alya ' s word is playing in his mind .Her every words is piching his heart .He is heart broken ,the girl who love from the childhood ,do not love her .Love is far she even did not think him as her cousin .He chuckled thinking she think him as a gangster or her body guard.He gulp the glass of alcohol angrily .

The next morning , sun rays peeped inside his room .Few rays come on his face .He open his eyes and rubbed them .He look at the surrounding ,he is sitting on the chair while the alcohol bottles  are on the table while smell is in the whole room .Last night Alya word rewind in his brain. He sighed and took a deep breath .He stepped inside the bathroom , he stand in front of the mirror .He look at his blood shot eyes ,he splashed water on his face ,then took the towel from the hanger and rubbed his face .

He heard the knock on the door ,he open the door and saw the servant who informed him that his father was calling him downstairs .He nod and  order to tell his father to wait for sometime ,he is coming .The servant nod and left to inform his father .

Arham walked inside the bathroom again and take a bath ,he come downstairs after making himself presentable .He  saw every memeber of family is present here .Asma is standing with sadness as Arham is going to marry Alya .

Arham father look at him and said to everyone :" I talked to Alya ' s father about Arham and Alya ".

Before he continues ,he  was interrupted by Arham .Arham cleared his throat and said :Abbu (father )  ,I am sorry to interupt you but I do not want to marry Alya anymore".

This shocked everyone include Alya .Asma shocked expression changed into happiness hearing him.

Arham father composed himself and said :" Arham ,what are you saying ? .Your mother told me that you like Alya and that is the reason we ask for her hand and here your refusing her   ".

Arham took a deep breath and said : " I am sorry abbu (father ) but I think a lot and I do not think I want wife as Alya .I mean she is educated and  modern girl and I want who will take care of me ,bear my children not like her who is after her career ".

Arham father :" Arham it ' s already decided after marriage Alya will stop her study as after marriage her only identity will be as your wife nothing else ".

Arham replied :" Abbu ( father ) .I know but if I marry her and ask her to stop her education then she will hate me and I do not want wife who will hate me and stay with me due to compulsion .I am sorry ".

Arham father nod his head and said :" fine ,now nobody will talk about Arham and Alya marriage from now onwards .This topic is finished today ".He look at every one and left from their .Alya and Arham eyes met but he diverted his eyes and left to his room .
