Chapter 22. Dream part 9

I took a spoonful from each plate. Each dish had its own signature taste and to my surprise they were all equally satisfying.

" This isn't bad at all." Tyler slurped the gravy from the egg dumplings.

" I expected it to be awful but it's actually the opposite." I commented truthfully .

" Thank you Mr Smith." Andrea said as she cleared the table and disappeared back inside the restaurant.

As my food digested I looked out at the bright orange sun in the sky. The red umbrella shielded us from its rays. Although it was hot, the breeze kept us cool under the shade.

The garden was spectacular, something you would see in the movies.

It had a large green hedge maze with red rose trimmings. A large fountain with a statue of a pregnant mother stood in the middle.

Birds were bathing in the fountain, undisturbed.

Butterflies fluttered by. It was so serene. The air was fresh and crisp. It was as if I had died and gone to heaven. It was peaceful.

Soon Andrea was back with a trolley full of food. S
