Eva sneaked out of the venue, carefully avoiding the media who are still milling outside. As she doesn't have a car with her, she is forced to walk back or use public transport. She can call her brother to come pick her up, but she is not ready to face anyone just yet. Her heart is still raw from the bruises of betrayal, and she wants to have some time alone. She needs to clear her head before she could declare her intention to divorce Damien. She kept remembering their time together.
