Monday morning seemed to be a morning from hell for the Walter household with the phone bells ringing incessantly along with the first rays of sun.

Mark and his brothers had just come back from their morning run when they heard the butler announcing to their father that there was an urgent overseas call.

Adam came to the main hall area to attend the call while the men gathered around near him. The women were also alarmed since no one ever rang the landline number anymore. Eva had just walked down the stairs when she saw Adam’s fac lose color while holding the phone in a daze. Mark hurriedly took the phone from his father and spoke in his stead.
