** Trigger warning. Rape, abuse in this chapter. ** Noah's POV I've been sleeping longer and longer, it's getting harder to stay awake, and harder to be woken up. My body just feels so weak. It's been so long since we've been fed anything or even had a sip of water. My body is so dehydrated, I don't remember the last time I peed. William is next to the guy who refuses to speak, right across from Joshua. He seems to be the strongest among all of us. His body doesn't seem to be declining as bad as everyone else. So he's taking it upon himself to keep an eye on us the only way he can, to make sure that if we sleep too long we get woken up. And apparently, he said it's getting harder to wake me up. I didn't even flinch or move the last time they screamed my name. .... I'm startled awake to the sounds of screaming and crying. My eyes snap open and I frantically look around, terrified to see what's going on. As soon as I see it, I instantly wished I never did. It's happening agai
Noah's POVI felt such an incredible relief wash over me as soon as we passed into our territory.I felt it, I felt as we got closer to our territory, closer to home. It was almost as if home was calling to me and I could feel the pull to it.When you belong to a pack and you're on your own territory, you can feel it. It's a sense of belonging, stronger than anything. And when you're outside of it, you can almost feel home calling to you.I felt the moment we crossed into our territory and the tears ran down my face.I was home again. I didn't think I'd ever get to come home again. I thought the monsters had me, and I would never see my new family again. I thought that would be my new life. A life of torture and pain all over again.I lifted my head as we came out of the tree line. The back side of the pack house, coming into view instantly. As soon as we got in front of the door, I thought he would shift but instead I heard him when he pushed the link open."Can you reach up and open
Third person's POVJameson was a nervous wreck. They wouldn't let him come with them. They only took the most advanced teams with them. And unfortunately it wasn't his. His team is only one year out of training. That makes his team one of the least experienced or green as they say.Not to mention that his team also has the highest number of class three. Which is exactly what Jameson is. He's a class 3 warrior, or Delta as known in other packs. Which is the lowest rank.He can't help but think of the moment he found his mate. He can't help but be so thankful that his team was the inexperienced team they decided to take with them when they attacked that pack.Because of that, he found his mate. He was the one who got to rescue him. Who got to pick him up and carry him out of that hell hole.He was so thankful when his Alpha allowed him to leave and carry his mate home....But it was hard, it was so hard for both of them. His mate was terrified of everyone and everything.Jameson wasn't s
Third person's POV As they pulled up in front of the hospital, Jameson's mate pulled back and looked at him. "Home.... I.... W-want, h-home." Joshua said so quietly. Jameson's stomach dropped. He wasn't sure if he meant his house, or if he had a home prior to being locked up at his old Alphas. Joshua's quiet speech wasn't good and he knew it. Unsure of how else to say what he wanted, he turned back to his mate. Letting go with his right hand then bringing it to his mates chest. With his hand against Jameson's chest, he said, "home." His voice breaking as he said it. Jameson instantly knew what he was trying to say. Relief washed over him. He caressed his mates cheek with his thumb. "Mitch, can you take us home." Jameson said without looking his way. He sensed Mitch and Daniel shifting in their seat, obviously looking back at them. A moment later he sensed them shifting again, as they turned forward. Without another word, Mitch put the car in drive. Jameson's mate's eyes cl
Jameson's POV While he took a bath, I thought that I should fix him something to eat, since I'm sure he probably hasn't eaten much while they had him. I hope that they fed him a little bit at the very least. But judging by how skinny he is again, It's probably unlikely they fed him at all. I wasn't sure how long he would be, but I found this wonderful recipe the day before they took him. I had planned on making it for him the day they took him. The thought that I actually get to cook it for him now, had me quickly running to the kitchen to make it. I don't know why, but I love cooking for him. I love cooking for my mate. I think he likes my cooking, he seems to eat almost everything I give him. I've never been able to watch him eat. I learned quickly that I couldn't stay in there with him when he ate.... Or stay in there with him in general. With the thought of cooking for him, and hoping to see him eat, I raced off into the kitchen. I was so excited as I put everything togeth
Noah's POV I feel so much better now that I'm clean. A very nice lady named Grace came in and ran a bath for me. She told me she has waited a long time to meet me. I couldn't believe how excited she was just to see me! As she carried me back into the room my face lit up and I practically jumped out of her arms when I saw Xander standing there. "Noah!" He practically yelled, his eyes watering up instantly as he ran to me. I held my arms out to him as I desperately reached for. He ran to me and scooped me out of her arms. My arms wrapped around him instantly, my face went to his neck as I held him tight. He took a few steps back then sat down on the bench at the end of the bed. I heard him let out a breath, but not a regular breath. It was ragged. It sounded like he was crying. I pulled back, confused and concerned. I looked at him, just to see I was right. He is crying. "W-what's wrong?" I said as I grabbed his face. "I'm so sorry, it's all my fault you got taken! I should h
Noah's POV I slipped the sweatpants onto the other foot then began to pull them up one side then the other until I got them up past his knees. I watch as he climbs into his wheelchair. I wait until he's situated then I smile as I climb into his lap. "All right little guy, ready to go for a ride?" He says and I eagerly shake my head. Yes. I don't know, for some reason I just like going for a ride in his wheelchair. I grip him tighter but smile at the strange sensation I feel in my stomach when the elevator begins to go down. I still can't get over the sensation, I've never been in an elevator before until Thaddeus had one put in. Since we can't take the wheelchair down the stairs, and it looks like this is a permanent situation. Thaddeus had an elevator put in. We're also currently staying on the second floor while he has the third floor remodeled. Everything is being changed to accommodate him being in a wheelchair. It's smaller than Thaddeus's but I like it! It's still way b
Noah's POV I sit here, enjoying the peaceful conversation between Zendaya, Lily and Grace. The men wandered off to the fire pit to light it. I stay behind, sitting in zendaya's lap as I couldn't take my eyes off of her. I know it sounds creepy, but I was so amazed by her. I just couldn't wrap my mind around everything she is. She's everything that is... I don't know, taboo I guess you can say, for other packs. A female, a lowly weak female... Who's worth nothing more than to sit around and look pretty or spread her legs. As I've heard my old Alpha's brother say. They look at females exactly how they look at omegas. With the exception of dominant females, those get it worse. They killed them.... The pack I come from, a dominant female is useless just like a level three Delta. No one wants them, so they kill them. She is not a dominant, but she's still a female. So you can imagine my surprise, and why I sit here, completely in awe over everything she is. She's not just a female
