Chapter 78 Zane

Zane's POV

I was so thankful his heat subsided as long as it did this time. I laid there for at least 45 minutes and watched both of them sleep peacefully. I laid there and watched them until I myself fell asleep.

I woke to the sound of whimpers and my eyes snapped open and I sat up. My heart was pounding in my chest and I looked at Joshua while bracing myself to see the same thing as earlier.

Thankfully this time when I looked at him he looked nowhere near as bad as he did earlier. As a matter of fact this looked like a piece of cake compared to what we experienced earlier.
