“What?!” asked Peter. The surprise was evident on his face and in his voice. He couldn’t believe what he had just heard.

“I hate repeating myself.”

“I don’t understand. I should divorce my wife? Why?” Peter asked again, confused.

Was there any requirement that the contract could only be awarded to single people? If that was it, he wouldn’t mind divorcing Anna. It was just that he had to taste her before then.

Upon listening to Peter’s words, Jackson realized that he didn’t have an explanation to back up his statement. He couldn’t possibly tell Peter that it was part of the requirements, right? It would sound off somehow.

His face knotted in a frown as he looked at Peter’s confused expression.

“She belongs to me,” Jackson let out in a clear dominant voice as he stared at Peter.

“Huh?”
