Chapter Forty Three

"Callin! Come on, have lunch outside." Grace embraced the shoulders of the woman who had just gotten up from her seat.

"I can't, I have to see Charles." Callin was clearly avoiding Grace's warm attitude. "I have to go now."

Grace let Callin go with hasty steps. It was clear that she had deliberately stayed away for unknown reasons. The woman's steps were getting further away, but Grace's eyes did not move in the slightest. What mistake has she done so that their friendship is no longer warm?

Standing without movement for a long time, Grace immediately left the room to return to the palace.
