Chapter : 31 [ A Date or A Blast ]

“Congratulations girl, it’s your first salary.” Samantha exclaims when I received the notification from the bank about the salary being transferred in my bank account, I was having lunch with my new friends at that time.

“Thanks, Sam.” I smile widely. I have never been this happier in my entire life to see credit in my account. The amount was paid for my work. The satisfaction is beyond my description.

“We want party, Scar.” Ruby says.

“Sure, anytime.” I reply.

“I have an idea, let’s go to club on Saturday. It’s been a long time since we drink and party our ass hard and this time we have Scarlett to rock the dance floor until we’re thrown out.” Summer chimes. I remember my days when my most time used to be spent in clubs with my friends who never tried to contact me.

“Do you want to come with us, Scar or you need to ask your husband first?” Ruby raises her brow at me.
