Ryder climbed up the remaining stairs leading to the tower, he saw him standing with his back to him, looking over the window, “As soon as I heard you were awake, I rushed down here.”

Ghost didn’t respond.

Ryder walked up to him and stood beside him, they were overlooking a large grassy plain that led to the woods. They stood in silence for a while before Ryder broke it, “Does this place awaken any memories?”

Ghost glanced in his direction, of course, it did. When he had first woken up with a banging headache and a blurry memory of what happened the last few hours. He had felt a strong pull toward the place. Of course, then he didn’t know where it was until he arrived here, “Am I supposed to remember this place?” He asked instead.

He smiled, it was a small smile of triumph. He desperately needed Ghost to remember and up until now, he was yet to admit that he remembered anything. This was a small step in the right direction, “We used to come here together as kids, you and I...”
