CHAPTER 18

A loud honk was heard from outside the House, alerting the both of them. They stopped abruptly, staring at each other. "I think the school bus is here already," Aria announced, her eyes Flickering continuously like it was being controlled by a switch.

"Are you sure about that? I don't think it's the school bus. You must have heard Wrong." He mumbled, Hesitant to leave Aria.

"Let me go check it out," she announced and rose from the bed without sparing a glance at Jacob who didn't seem so happy with her leaving. She turned the doorknob and sauntered down the stairs as quickly as she could. As she went, she reminisced on the moment she had with Jacob and couldn't but blush. She rolled her eyes with excitement, giggling as she went. She was almost by the floor when she heard a knock on the main door.
