CHAPTER 24

Aria was all smiles and full of joy as she walked inti the house with Daniel who was jumping all over the place like he had won the lottery. They both had a smile on their faces, one that made them look more radiant than they were.

Daniel turned his head and noticed his father was coming along with them. His face turned sour with pouted lips.

"What happened to you? Why are you looking this sad?" Aria asked the moment she noticed the expression on his face. She lowered herself to his height, placing her hands by his cheeks.

"Where is daddy and why isn't he here already?" He looked quite Disturbed and though Aria felt a strong urge to laugh, she had to control her laughter with a bright smile Laced to her brows.

"Don't tell me you miss your dad already? We've been here only for a few minutes and without him. Come on, he'll be here soon. I'm sure he's trying to get something fixed out there."
