Ivyrose’s POV

When mom and I arrived at the church the morning after, it amazed me how Gerardo had made sure the building was surrounded with his men and everyone was checked before they were allowed inside. Mom told the limo driver to go around the back so the guests and the paparazzi wouldn’t get a glimpse of me.

“This way.” Seb helped my mom out of the limo first before he held my hand and led us into the back entrance of the church. He took us to a small room which had two couches and a full body wall mirror. “You guys can wait here, okay? The bathroom's right here. There's a window you can use if ever you change your mind and want to run away." he chuckled at his own joke as he left the bathroom door open. "I’m going to go check on your groom. You ladies need anything?”

“No. I’m good. Mom?” my mom shook her head and I smiled at Seb. “We’re good. Thanks, Seb.”

“Okay. Great. Stay put. I’ll put two men outside this door.”

“Not necessary, but yeah, thanks.” My mother said to Seb
