Rhoda stirred awake and found herself in a hospital ward. There was no one else in the ward and it was well furnished. It was obviously not an ordinary hospital ward. She sat up looking all confused. She touched her face and realized that her injuries had been treated. She even had a bandage on her head. She started wondering who brought her in.
