Aurelia

It’s currently 4am and for some strange reason I’m awake. I try to go back to sleep but I hear footsteps coming from downstairs. I quickly wear a hoodie since it’s cold and I’m already in sweatpants, I look at Kane and he’s soundly asleep so I go downstairs to check, it’s probably Elena.

As I start going downstairs I see the front door slowly close. I quickly look through the window and see Elena running to Kane's car. She has the keys because he agreed to give it to her to go see Shannon, but why would she be going at this time? And so sneakily.

“Aurelia?” Kane says from above the stairs.

I hear his footsteps coming down the stairs so I turn and look at him.

“Don’t tell me you knew about this.” I cross my arms..
