Senses

In that abandoned godown, Ivy slowly came back to her senses after Thirty six hours. Slowly she opened her eyes and stared blankly at the dirty ceiling which is filled with cobwebs and black sooth. Her mind is yet to catch up with what happened to her. She raised her hand to touch her head which is feeling heavy. She noticed her throat which is so dry, that it's aching. Physical discomfort is the first thing she noticed. The hard surface upon which she is lying on. Her body aches. And then her gaze slowly took in her surroundings.

She noticed a woman lying on the floor beside a man. They both were sleeping. She didn't recognise them at all. She sat up slowly and winced at the discomfort in her head and body. Her body is stiff and it's aching.

She felt thirsty. She looked around and noticed a half filled water bottle. She stood up to her feet and stumbled a little before she found her footing. She grabbed the bottle and finished the bottle in one go. As the water went down her dry
