Uninvited

Ivy navigated Nikolai towards Jason's home. Not so surprising to Nikolai, their house is nestled in an area where rich people reside. Unlike the modest home where they were coming from, Jason's home is a two storey house with a well manicured front lawn and a white picket fence. There are several flower plants outlining the inner side of the fence. Nikolai noticed that all the flower plants are expensive to buy and to even maintain. The soil they need and the fertilizer that is required for them is expensive and they are high maintenance. These are not the plants a food stall owner like Jason can afford.

"Come on inside" Ivy said with a hint of excitement. She is happy to be here, and her happiness is evident on her face.

"Ivy, Just a moment" he stopped her.
