The Mission

Luvioc's scent grew stronger, and I began to run at full speed to catch up with him. My senses were more activated than ever, power coursing through my veins. Even though I was so badly wounded, my pain was diminished by the growing strength. He was my son, I felt as if we had the same blood and our bond was too strong.

The way became short because I was driven by love.

I arrived and threw myself into the ravine, thinking my puppy would cling to some branch. On the contrary, a group of people were contemplating a place at the top. I approached them stealthily, afraid they might be enemies; I could smell nothing but my son's scent.

“There you are, Lysa, what happened to you?” Seth asked, running towards me.

“Where is Luvioc?” I asked desperately. I didn't want to accept his embrace.

The scent of my son grew stronger. In the middle of the crowd, a light shone through and I caught a glimpse of my little boy, sitting there, clear-eyed and staring at me.
