Scarlett's POV

"I can't believe we're doing this," Lila whispered, sounding worried.

"I know, but we have to. She needs to know," Elara replied with determination.

Their quiet words made me more and more anxious. I wondered what they were talking about that was so important and urgent that they couldn't tell me directly. I tried my best to understand what they were saying.

"Scarlett will be very sad," Lila murmured, feeling guilty.

"I understand, but she deserves to know the truth. It's the right thing to do," Elara said firmly.

Their words made me even more curious and worried. Time felt like it was going by so slowly, and I couldn't stop pacing back and forth, waiting for them to come back. I imagined all kinds of things based on their conversation, and I started feeling scared.
