Elena pov;
It's been two days since Nick left... where?... Ah! Lancaster!... but I already started to miss him. He didn't even reply after he got there. Was he that busy to even send me a short message?
The day when he asked me to meet him, I deliberately avoided him by using the office as an excuse but he still insisted that I have to go to him. In the Starbucks, while he was in front of me, I couldn't control my feelings whenever he caressed my cheeks and smiled at me. If I saw him as a friend, this wouldn't be a big deal but after I started having feelings for him, every little thing between us hurts me because he sees me as a friend but what am I doing? I couldn't even be true to myself.
When he asked me to go with him to Lancaster, I was shocked. Why is he asking me? Doesn't he have anyone in office to accompany him? But why did he ask me? Is it because I'm his friend? Doesn't he have any friends apart from me

Elena's pov;I woke up to the bright light falling on my eyes made me blink twice to three times, coming from the window sheets. I rise up in front of the bed while yawning and correcting my bed hair. I removed the shoes and switched on the lights in the house. I entered the house with a bag of vegetables, spices, and a box of lobster legs which I bought it in the nearby shop.
