#Chapter 131 – Gavin’s Past

 

Gavin’s POV

The memory of Gavin’s childhood had always been foggy for him. But he knew that the Slayer organization had been after Gavin’s family for a long time. 

He didn’t grow up with a lot of money; he had to work for everything that he got. But his family had something that the Slayers always wanted, power. 

They were incredibly powerful beings not only because of his Alpha father but because Gavin’s parents had incredibly strong abilities. 

Gavin’s memory stemmed back from when he awoke in the middle of the night; he was only a small boy, but he remembered hearing the murmurs coming from his parent’s room. His mother sounded worried, and his father was trying to reassure her. 

Gavin slipped out of bed and made his way out of his room and to his parent’s room. He didn’t make himself known to them; instead, he pressed his ear against the door to listen to their conversation.
