I sighed as I walked up to her, a slight smile on my face. “Want some?” I asked her as I extended my hand, passing one of the glasses of juice to her.

She shook her head, “no, thanks.” She said as she sighed, turning to the balcony and I smiled slightly as I dropped the glasses on the table close to me before moving closer to her.

I knew why she was this way and knowing why she was this way hurt me badly. I took a deep inhale as I took my coat off, I could see how cold she was looking and I wouldn’t blame her, it was the rainy season so she was bound to be cold. “It’s because of Jason, right?” I asked her.

Calling another man Jason especially when I knew he had access to her in a relationship before I did broke me. Sure, we weren’t really in a relationship but I loved what we had and having to call another man’s name really broke me.

“It’s not him.” She said as she turned to walk back into the room but then I grabbed her as I pulled her back to myself, our faces less than an inch a
