“What happened?” Ethan asks, his brows furrowed in worry.

I don't want to tell him anything, otherwise he'll try to give me his shoulder to cry on, just like guys do every time. I understand the cunningness of boys very well. They can do anything to impress girls.

Even if Aiden has hurt me, I still don't allow any guy—to give me his shoulder to lean on, or to cry on.

“Not your business,” saying this, I step forward to go, but he holds on my wrist from behind.

I wince in pain at his touch and turn to him, as he grasps the same wrist Jason has grasped before. He leaves my wrist quickly and holds on to my palm instead—of the same hand, raising it upwards in the air.

My mouth drops open, as I examine the marks on my wrist closely, the small cuts where the nails have broken my skin, and tiny beads of blood dripping out from these cuts, staining the hand and the floor with dark, crimson spots.
