Chapter Thirty Six

Bella was back to her usual morning duty and she was finally relieved. Finally, she would get to pick up her son from school and tuck him in bad. Luckily for her, Christine's duty also matched hers. So they would go to work together in the morning and return together in the afternoon.

Being on morning duty for a week made her miss spending quality time with her little son, Jeremy. Then, she would only take him to school and would not see him the whole day till the next morning.

"Why don't you take the bus today?" Christine said to Bella as they prepared for work that morning.

Jeremy was still sleeping as it was too early for him to start preparing for school. Bella, being a chef on morning duty, had to be at work as early as 6am to start preparing the food on the menu before the restaurant opens at 8am.

Christine, had to resume work at the same 8am, as she was a waitress there. So after Bella would leave the house, Christine would get Jeremy ready and drop him off at his school bef
