I'm Dead

Alpha Galan kept staring at me, hitting his index finger on the table as I thought about the possible things that he might be thinking but his face was void of any emotions.

I needed answers and why is he acting as if we got all the time in the world? "Aren't you going to tell me?" I asked impatiently.

"My dear, Theia, you're quite the impatient one. But I'll tell you. We've wasted enough time."

"Exactly." I nodded in response.

"Shh," he shunned me, crossing his lips with his index finger seductively as he narrowly closed his eyes. "There's a reason behind all of it and I want you to listen to me while I'll be the one to do the talking."

Again, I nodded in agreement as he handed over to me one of the documents about the wedding certificate.

"I know that isn't your real signature but it doesn't matter, I want us to be legally mar..."
