Smart and strong

When I came down the stairs I found that Ezra wasn't already awake. I assumed that he had probably been busy doing whatever it was that he does when he's in the courtroom. I grabbed a plate and began to fill it up with eggs and bacon.

After eating I placed the empty plate into the sink and washed it before putting it in the dishwasher. While cleaning everything up I continued thinking about the things that I had to do today.

I knew that I would have plenty of time for them today since we would be spending most of the day in the courtroom.

Besides I also knew that I'd be able to relax today since there was nothing that I had to worry about because there was no trial scheduled for today. In fact there hadn't been any trials scheduled for the past three days.

Ezra has taken it upon himself to ensure that all the lawyers are prepared for the next trial. Of course he wanted to make sure that he was prepared for the worst case scenario.
