I took the elevator downstairs, got out, and walked toward the door. Opening it, my eyes fell on Benita. She stumbled backwards in fear when she saw me.

Alpha..... Before she could say anything else, I grabbed her by the neck and lifted her up hard. " What did you do to Sofiya, you witch? Tell me right now or I'll kill you. TELL ME! I yelled at her, and I could feel her shaking.

She chanted something under her breath, and it felt like a silver dagger was stabbing my hands. I broke her neck so she could fall.

She has been so nice to everyone, including me, ever since she joined this family. Most of the pack members here loved her because she was like a mother or grandmother to them.
