We all sat down in the dining room, taking lunch. Davis has been taunting me since he came back. Now, I miss the peace in the house before he came back.

He was so clingy to Helen that I wondered how much he had missed his daughter. He was even refusing to drop her down since he came back.

I had hurriedly gone to change from his shirt, which I had thrown to his face the minute I came back into the living room. There was something different and peculiar about Davis now, he was acting differently. I don't know if the word sweeter would do enough justice.
