Alina’s POV

I left Corvus alone in my condo to have some time to himself. Meanwhile, I went to my penthouse para makibalita kay Nacho. I also miss my fiancé na kasi.

The police keep coming back to my penthouse to investigate. I think Nacho is also finding a way to figure out what happened to me. At sa tingin ko rin, siya na ang susunod na kakausapin namin ni Corvus. Para rin malaman na niya na heto pa ako, pagala-gala pa ang kaluluwa.

When I entered the penthouse with the police, I found Nacho sitting on the sofa, sipping wine. He was greeted by the police. He just nodded at them, and then the police proceeded to the veranda. Nacho remained staring into space, his expression serious. I couldn’t see any worry or sadness on his face. Sabagay, ganito naman talaga siya. Hindi ko alam kung malungkot ba o masaya. Seryoso kasi siya palagi, pero napakalambing niyang tao kapag kaming dalawa na lang ang magkasama. Iyon nga lang, hindi siya kagalingan sa kama. Hindi siya todo-bigay. Ewan ko ba
