Chapter fifty nine

Emily's POV

When we pull away, we're both panting heavily and staring at each other with raw and unfiltered emotions running through our eyes with our foreheads pressed against each other.

The barking sound of a dog interrupts us and we break apart. Tyler sets me down on my feet as we turn our heads to face the direction from which the sound is coming from and that is when I see Brain coming towards us with Dre by his side.

"Did you call him here?" I tear my eyes from then and turn to face Tyler. He nods.

I turn my gaze back to them and watch as Dre runs over to Tyler, jumping and wagging its tail around him.

Tyler bends over to play with him, scratching it's back and it rolls over, barking in excitement.

"I hope we're not interrupting something," Brain asks as he approaches us.

"Not at all," Tyler says,a smile playing on his lips as he looks at me.

"Hi Emily,long time no see" Brain says smiling at me and I return the kind gesture.

"Hi Brain, it's been a while" I say to him.

"Hey boy"
